Returns And Exchanges

 You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return and or exchange
You must first contact us at info@arcturianvibetribe.com. Please do not return any Items to any address you may find on your postage. We will need to communicate with you first and give you the address to where you will need to send your return or exchange. This is because we have suppliers all over the world and we will be handling all returns in the USA . This makes process much quicker! We know online shopping can feel a bit uncertain with a company your not familiar with at first and we want to assure you that if you are not happy with your purchase ?Either are we! Sometimes shipping mistakes happen that are out of our control especially now during these eventful times we live in. So we are prepared to handle these inconvenient situations as quickly and painlessly as possible! Our ultimate goal here is to build a long lasting relationship with our customers! 


Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on certain sale items that will be marked finale purchase or gift cards.


Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. However we understand that not every return or exchange is the same and we will always try to work with you in the most efficient way to get you your desired outcome!


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method and or store credit if desired. Please note-If refunded to your original form of payment this may take 2-5 business days.
